To process a return or exchange, please go through our Returns Center. Please have your order number and email ready for the return.
If for some reason, you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact our Customer Service Team at jichuanglimited@outlook.com within 30 days of purchase and we will be happy to resolve or address any issues or questions.
NO-NONSENSE GUARANTEE
If you believe you've received a damaged or defective item, received the wrong item, or had an issue with our quality, please reach out to us at jichuanglimited@outlook.com. Please report any issues within 30 days of receiving your order to qualify. In your email to us, please be sure to include the following information:
- The original order number & your current shipping address
- Photographs of the defective or damaged item
- Description of how the product was fitting and/or the quality issue
We’ll respond as quickly as possible and do everything that we can to make it right for you!
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of the purchase date on US orders. Products marked "Final Sale" or in the "Final Sale" section are not eligible for return or exchange. Any returns after this period will not be accepted. Once you have received your return label, you have 30 days to send it back. Original shipping costs (and duties, if applicable) are non-refundable. Gift cards are non-refundable. We are unable to offer returns or exchanges on international orders however our no nonsense guarantee is still applicable on international orders.
All returned items must be in their original condition - unworn, unwashed and must include any original packaging, including all tags to be eligible for a refund. Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment only.
Exchanges are Free. Returns for a refund however are subject to a flat rate return shipping fee of $7. Shipping service for items that are being exchanged is offered at no charge.
Returns are typically processed within 3-5 days of their arrival at our warehouse. You will receive a refund receipt via email when your refund is processed. Refunds are generally posted to bank accounts within 3-5 business days.
TAILORED FIT & QUALITY GUARANTEE (Applies to Tailored-For-You Tees ONLY)
Tailored-For-You Tees are not eligible for returns or exchanges as they are made to your specifications. However, if you believe you've received a damaged or defective item or your shirts do not match the specifications you've provided us, please contact us at jichuanglimited@outlook.com. We will offer a free remake in the case that your product has a quality issue or does not comply with the specifications provided. Please allow up to 0.5" in variance on specifications.Please be sure to include the following information:
- The original order number & your current shipping address
- Photographs of the defective or damaged item
- Description of how the product was fitting and/or the quality issue
We’ll respond as quickly as possible and do everything that we can to make it right for you under our remake guarantee.
